I am a Counsellor, Mental Health Social Worker & Psychotherapist working in private practice in Melbourne. I have over 10 years of training in mental health and qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling and Psychotherapy.
My work experience has been in not-for-profit counselling, workplace counselling, university student counselling and mental health case management.
I offer a welcoming, non-judgemental and supportive space, working collaboratively with people on what is important to them from a holistic and relational approach.
My therapeutic approach is informed by humanistic and person-centred counselling, gestalt therapy, systems theory, relational psychotherapy, attachment theory, child developmental theory, mindfulness and self-compassion.
